Elecampane Root
The roots of Elecampane, also called Elfwort, Horseheal, or Elfdock, are a powerful botanical ally associated with beauty, love, and psychic visions. Its botanical species name, helenium, is named after Helen of Troy, where her tears fell as she wept in regret for leaving Sparta.
