Necromancy, witchcraft, conjuration: the infamous arts of magic are pervasive and alluring. From the grimoire traditions of evocations to summon devils, ghosts, and other spirits, becomes known as the dark arts of conjuration.

Black Arts spells and formulas is used to aid the practitioner in calling upon shades of the dead, ghosts, and devils. It is also a powerful formula for pacting, and learning better magic.

Similar to Crossing spells, Black Arts can be for works of jinxing, cursing, knowledge, calling upon evil, and aligning with dark forces.

A Ritual To Understand Grimoires Better

Take two Black Cross Candles, and dress them in Black Arts Oil. Place the candles on either side of the workspace, with the grimoire you wish to read in between. Light Black Arts Self-Igniting Incense Powder and pray to learn the book better.

The incense and oil show up for more than just learning magic: they are often used to scent the room to summon devils or shades to pact with them before sending them out to torment someone. Black Arts Oil can be anointed to effigies and modified with other formulas, such as Crossing Oil, for attack.

The Incense can be used to perfume the air before doing any sort of crossing, by simply sprinkling some on a heatproof surface such as salt, stone, brass, or ceramic. Make a line or mound of incense, and when you’re ready to burn, hold a lighter or match up to the apex of the mound or line for ten seconds. here are more Black Arts spells & workings below:

To Jinx Someone:

Print out a photo of someone and write their name on the back of the photo 13 times in Bats Blood Ink. When the ink dries, dress a Black Cross Candle in Black Arts Oil. Sprinkle some vandal root over the candle, and burn the candle over the photo, while reciting prayers for strife.

A Working With The Dead To Inhibit Someone's Roads

Take a padlock, a small Coffin Box, and the photo of someone you wish to target. You should also

pact with a spirit of the dead who will stand up for the working, and gather some of the dirt from their grave. Print the photo out, and write the name of the person on the back of the photo in Bats' Blood Ink, 13 times. Fold the paper away from you. Praying for the person's roads to be inhibited. Pinch the photo in between the shackle, piercing the photo and locking the lock. Put this into the coffin box, along with the grave dirt. Dress a Black 6" Spell Candle atop the coffin box, praying for the spirit of the dead to inhibit roads and pathways as long as the photo is in between the padlock. When the candle has burned out, take the coffin to the cemetery and dispose of it.

To Raise Dark Spirits Against an Enemy

On a Tuesday or Saturday, at midnight, go to a crossroads and take with you Black Arts Self-Igniting Incense Powder, a Black Devil Candle, a whole-body photo of your enemy with their

personal concerns, a bottle of cheap whiskey, with tobacco, wormwood, parsley, chili pepper, black pepper, sulpher, graveyard dirt, a bowl of cooked black beans, gunpowder,  nine Iron Nails, a bottle of Crossing Oil, and an onion.

In the bowl of black beans, dig out the center, and fill it with the wormwood, parsley, gunpowder, sulfur, chili, and black pepper. 

Set the working up with the devil candle next to the bowl of beans, herbs, and gunpowder. Sprinkle a bit of the incense next to the Black Devil Candle, and light both the candle and incense. Take one of the iron nails, and anoint it in Crossing Oil. Take the photo and the onion, and pin to the onion the right eye of

Light put the onion in the bowl with the blackbeans, herbs, and gunpowder, and light the gunpowder with a match.

Leave the materials there and do not look back.

A Container Working To Make People Fight

Masculine Figure Candle

Take two Black Figure Candles (or use as many as intended to cause disruption in larger groups). Mark each candle by inscribing the name of the targets on them, or use personal concerns from each such as photos, hair, fingernails, bodily fluids, etc.). Take dog shit and cat shit, dry them, and grind them to a powder. 

On a Tuesday at Midnight, arrange the working by laying out all the Figure Candles, facing each other, but do not light them. In the center, sprinkle a mound of Black Arts Self- Igniting Incense Powder. Light the mound for 10 seconds, and allow it to burn, calling each name, and speaking about how they are fighting, they will fight, and their inclination is to fight until they are unable to be around each other anymore. Take the ashes from the incense, and the candles, and into a jar, put them all in together, along with chili pepper, sulfur powder, and more dog and cat shit. Seal the jar and bury it upside down, either in a cemetery or under some accursed tree. 

To Consecrate a Black Book Which Will Be The Liber Spiritus

Bats Blood Ink

The goal of the Liber Spiritus or a Little Black Book is a working book that details spirits and

operations, but can also serve as a place where the spirit can be called, by placing the seal of the spirit into the book. It serves as a means to pact with a spirit to conjure it faster, once initial rites have been made. Much like a Rolodex to dial an extension faster, rather than calling the King, then the Prince, then the Duke, then the General, then familiar. 

The books are made perscriptivly based off whatever grimoire you’re working out of. One infamous and short grimoire that details its instruction is The Little Black Book of the Black Venus attributed to John Dee. However, this method I have used, hopefully, can inspire you:

On an auspicious day to make the book, whether it be under he light of a full moon, on a particular planetary day, the day of a saint's feast, etc.. take up a new book. Burn Black Arts Self-Igniting Incense powder, or a mixture of valerian root, wormwood, parsley, myrrh, a pinch of sulfur, and one of these: hellebore, henbane seeds, belladonna, mandrake, or datura. 

Suffumigate the book into the smoke, and speak to it:

Saint Cyprian the Mage, 

Aid me in revealing the spirit

Which is right and true, 

Into this little black book,

To call and command the devils marked within these pages

And Saint Cyprian give to me, the secret name of this book, and its seal and call, 

So that I may Call upon it’s Spirit

By The Father and The Son and The Holy Spirit,

Amen.

You should meditate until the name of the book is revealed, with the sigil and call. 

Mark into this with Bats Blood Ink, the seal of the spirit of the book. This spirit will help bind the other spirits to the book, and will help be a famliliar unto you. To give thanks to Saint Cyprian you should burn some of his dedicated Incense.
